Channel Impact by Journey Stage - Cosmise Attribution
Quantify each channel’s impact at every stage of the buyer journey to allocate budget effectively.
What does this show?
This widget lists pre-purchase referrer domains by where they appeared in the journey. The three sections are First touch, Mid touch, and Last touch, and each row shows a label, a bar, and a count for that stage.
What is on screen?
- Stages: First touch, Mid touch, Last touch
- For each stage: a list of referrer domains with a horizontal bar and a number
- Bar length: proportional to the count within that stage
How can I read this?
Look within a single stage to see which referrers are most common there; longer bars and larger numbers indicate higher counts. You can also compare whether the same referrer appears in multiple stages to understand whether it shows up earlier or later in the journeys. Bars scale within each stage, so lengths are comparable inside that section.
Examples
- If one label sits near the top of Last touch with a long bar, it appears frequently right before purchase.
- If a label shows in First touch and Mid touch but not in Last touch, it is seen earlier in the path more than at the end.
